Donald L. Reilly

Donald L. Reilly, 66, of Spotswood passed away on September 12, 2019 after a valiant 6 year battle with cancer. 

Born in Amityville, NY, Don was raised in Valley Stream, NY. He graduated from Central High School in Valley Stream before moving to New Jersey to raise his family.

Prior to his retirement, Don was employed as a traffic manager for B-Way Corporation in North Brunswick. Don was an avid New York Yankees fan. While he loved baseball, he despised basketball, he saw the sport "go down the drain" and wanted all to know his opinion. Don was a huge fan of Mighty Joe Young. Don especially loved watching his grandchildren play their many sports. He was their biggest fan, proudly cheering from the sidelines. 

Above all, Don was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him. 

Predeceased by his brothers, Steven and Michael, Don is survived by his wife, Cindy, his children, Lynda, Kevin and his wife Lydia, and Michelle, his grandchildren, Trevor, Kayla, Shaelyn, Karina, Mylie, Jake, Keira, Ryder and Luke, his siblings, Patty, Cheryl, and Kenny.. 

Visitation will be Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood.  A service will be held during the evening visitation. Cremation will be private.
