Alice Claire Stahley, 97, of Spotswood passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, February 1, 2020.
Born in Warrior Run, Pennsylvania, Alice lived in Ashley and Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania before settling in Spotswood in 1962. She was a homemaker who enjoyed tending her garden, cooking and taking care of her home and family. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church and a former member of the Spotswood Columbiettes. She was also a member of the Spotswood Senior Center.
Predeceased by her husband James in 2008 and her grandson Rod in 2017, she is survived by her son James and his former wife Maryann; her grandson Drew and his wife Ali; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Megan, Olivia and Cooper, and; many nieces and nephews.
Cremation is private. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Saturday, February 8th at 11:30 AM at the Crematory Chapel at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Spotswood Funeral Home.
