Anita Marie (Vogel) Smith

Anita Marie (Vogel) Smith, 76, of Corpus Christi, TX, formerly of Old Bridge, died Friday April 6, 2013. She was born on October 6, 1936 in the former Madison Twp, now Old Bridge, to Henry and Grace Vogel. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, Donald Smith of Corpus Christi, TX; her daughter, Donna Howard of Corpus Christi, TX; her sister, Marion Hettwer of Sioux Falls, SD; her brother, Ed Vogel and his wife Barbara of New Hope, PA; four grandchildren, Tracy Dielmann and her husband Kevin, Jessica Thomas, Doug Thomas, Jr. and Katie Howard; one great grandson, Harlan Dielmann, and; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Friday, from Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood, with interment to follow in Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
