Anna DiPietro

Anna DiPietro, 97, of the Encore Community of Monroe Township, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, September 28, 2023.

Born in New Brunswick, Anna lived in the southern Middlesex County area for all of her life, settling in Monroe Township in 2003. Anna worked as a Medical Transcriber and patient counselor for JFK Medical Center in Edison for 43 years, retiring as their oldest and longest tenured employee, in 2009. She looked forward to exercising daily and enjoyed traveling. She was a very giving and supportive person to everyone she knew and, spending time with her family was her highest enjoyment.

Predeceased by her parents and four siblings, Anna is survived by her husband of 72 years, Joseph DiPietro; her daughter Dr. Janis DiPietro and; her son Milton DiPietro and his wife, Marilyn, and; two grandchildren Justin and Amanda and; nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Sunday, October 1st, at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, under the direction of Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, Spotswood.

Donations honoring Anna's memory may be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
