Diane M. Cherry

Diane M. Cherry, 56, of Monroe Township, passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Born in South Amboy, she was raised in South River and lived in East Brunswick before settling in Monroe Twp. in 1995. She was an auditor for Phillips Van Heusen in Bridgewater for more than ten years before returning to Kean University to pursue her Bachelors Degree with a double major in accounting and finance. She was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and she enjoyed gardening and taking care of family finances.

Predeceased by her parents Frank and Carolyn Schwab, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, Neil Cherry of Monroe Twp., and; her siblings, Fran Johnson and Debbie, Ray and Frank Schwab.

Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 9th, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood.

In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Diane's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
