Florence Prignano, 91, of Monroe Township, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in New Brunswick.
Florence was born in Newark, raised in Livingston and settled in Monroe Township in 1968. After raising her family, Florence returned to work as a teller with PNC Bank in East Brunswick for 15 years, retiring in the late 90s. She was an avid New York Yankees fan and she was known for great sense of humor. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband Carmine in 2014 and four of her sisters, she is survived by her children, Michael and his wife Lori, Joseph, Patrick and his wife Jackie, Anne Karl and her husband Peter and Anthony and his wife Niki; her sister Viola Davitt, her grandchildren Daniel, Jennifer, Jeremy, Steven, Kevin, Amanda, Richard, Allie and Ava, and; her great-grandchildren Liam, Wyatt and Piper.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 8th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood. Cremation will be private.
