Frances Amaro
Obituary
Frances Amaro, 79, of Monroe Township, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at Centrastate Medical Center, after a very short illness. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Frances settled in Monroe Township in the mid 1970s. She was a very faithful woman who loved the Lord and found great comfort in daily prayer. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, helping others and entertaining. Above all else, she cherished time spent with her grandchildren.
Predeceased by her son Charles Amaro earlier this year, she is survived by her daughter Gena Dinicola; her siblings Harriett Kirwick, Thomas Surace and William Smith; her daughter-in-law Diane Amaro; her grandchildren Kenny and Francesca Dinicola and Kayla and Julie Amaro, and; her great-grandchild AJ Amaro.
Cremation was private. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Friday, April 21st at 10:30 AM from Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood.
In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Frances' memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
