Frank LaBone, 87, of Spotswood passed away at his home on Friday, January 29, 2021.
Born in New Brunswick, Frank has lived in Spotswood since 1980. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict. For many years he worked as a self employed handyman on small construction and landscaping projects. He enjoyed playing bingo and scratch-off lottery tickets, helping people with their different projects and telling stories of his time in the Navy. He was also an avid fan of the New York Jets.
Predeceased by his grandson, Neil Patrick Wilson, Frank is survived by his wife of nearly 31 years, Gertrude F. LaBone, his stepchildren, Howard Wilson and wife Cheryl, Carolann Simonelli and husband Robert, Thomas Wilson and wife Nancy, Mary Grover and husband Charles and Jean Wilson and wife Heather Snyder, and; 10 grandchildren.
