Joanne Doyle, 73, of Monroe Township, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 in New Brunswick.
Born and raised in Newark, Joanne lived in Howell and Cliffwood Beach before settling in Monroe Township in the early 80s. For 25 years, she was the owner of a lunch coach feeding the workers of Raritan Center in Edison. Afterwards, she spent more than 25 years as a cashier and supervisor with the Home Depot of Milltown before her death. She enjoyed collecting antiques, especially furniture, old lamps, dishes, curtains and artworks. She was extremely generous, especially with her nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son, Michael Doyle, Jr. in 1993 and her brother, Richard DiNicola, she is survived by her sisters, Marie LaBella of Cranford and Marion Jones of Newburg, Maryland; her granddaughter, Veronica Doyle who lives in Scotland, and; many nieces and nephews.
Cremation was private. The family will receive friends at a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 10th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood.
