Rose M. Saviano

Rose M. Saviano, 92, of the Clearbrook Community of Monroe Township passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Rose settled in Monroe Township in 2015. She was a homemaker to her family. Rose enjoyed spending time at her vacation home in the New York State Catskill Mountains and deer hunting there with her sons.

Predeceased by her husband, Gaetano Saviano in 2015 and her brothers, Bruno and Enrico Castelverte, she is survived by her children, Celeste Murphy of Monroe, Nancy Bainlardi and her husband Richard of Manalapan, Thomas Saviano and his wife Christine of Middlesex, Rosemarie Mauro and her husband Jack of Staten Island, New York, Enrico Saviano and his wife Erica of Manalapan and Alfonse Saviano of Brooklyn, New York; twelve grandchildren, and; eleven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 21st, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and again from 7:00 to 9:00 PM with a 7:30 PM Blessing, at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood. Interment will be in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle New Jersey  Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Township, on Wednesday, September 22nd at 9:30 AM..
