Stephan William Paskell, 47, of Monroe Township, died Monday, April 23, 2011 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in Newark, Steve was raised in the Parlin section of Sayreville prior to settling in Monroe Township in 1998. He was employed as an analyst with Comcast of East Windsor. He was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church of Spotswood. Steve was an avid fan of the Beatles, the NY Giants and NY Rangers. He was also an accomplished musician and singer. Predeceased by his father, Stephan W. Paskell, he is survived by his wife of 14 years, Barbara S. (Sander) Paskell of Monroe Township; his sons, Nikolas Paskell of Mount Holly and Sean Paskell of Monroe Township; his daughter, Julia Paskell of Monroe Township; his mother, Mary Paskell of Parlin; a granddaughter, Riley Paskell, and; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 505 Main Street, Spotswood. Services will begin at 11:00 AM Saturday with a Burial Office with Holy Eucharist from St. Peter's Episcopal Church, followed by Committal in the Church Cemetery. Arrangement are under the direction of Spotswood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 505 Main Street, Spotswood, NJ 08884, indicating that they are to be directed to the Paskell Family Education Fund.
