Theresa Novak Bromley, 91, of Monroe Township, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Theresa was born in New Brunswick, raised in Spotswood and lived in Old Bridge before settling in Monroe Township in 1962. She attended and was a graduate of South River High School. After graduation, she worked at Raritan Arsenal, the Boy Scouts of America and, retired after 25 years from Carter-Wallace of Cranbury in 1993. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting doilies, country line dancing and she was a member of the ladies auxiliary of Monroe Township Fire Company No. 1.
Predeceased by her husband Donald "Red" Bromley, her daughter Denise Marie Bromley, her parents Steven and Helen Novak and, her sister Helen Willett, she is survived by her daughters Margo Dorrell and her husband Nick, Michelle LaMotta and her husband Ted, Maureen Prusakowski and her husband Tom and Marcella Pascik, all of Monroe Township and Marlena Morrell of Effort, PA; her brothers Steven and Howard Novak; her grandchildren Michael, Jill, April, Matt, TJ, Jonathan, Clayton, Colin, Michael and Jessica, and; her great-grandchildren Jade, Jackson, James, Carter, Nash, Nathan, Lyla, Aubrey, Caley, Kayden, Timothy and Savanna.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 11th from 9:30 AM until the start of services at 11:15 AM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood. Committal will then follow in the Reformed Church Cemetery, Spotswood. in lieu of flowers, donations honoring Theresa's memory may be made to Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 114 Old Stage Road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
