Vincent L. Biscotto

Vincent L. Biscotto, 92, formerly of Parlin, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick.

Born in New Brunswick, Vincent grew up on his family’s farm in neighboring Franklin Township. From 1963 until 1995, he lived in Spotswood and then in Parlin, before settling in Somerset in 2022. He was active in Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood and then Saint Bernadette’s Church in Parlin. He retired from Johnson and Johnson, New Brunswick in 1995 after more than 30 years with the company. Together with his late wife, Kitty, they enjoyed the Jersey Shore with their family and travelling both in the United States and abroad. Vincent was a story teller and loved to have conversations with everyone he met. He looked forward to woodworking projects, tinkering and fixing whatever needed attention and helping others with their projects. His pass times including watching Marvel and western movies, playing cards, especially poker, bingo games, solving puzzles, cooking and dining out. Above everything, he loved spending time with his family and all of his grandchildren.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Katherine “Kitty” Biscotto in 2007, his daughters, Michelle Biscotto and Maryanne Rausch, all of his siblings, his parents, Lewis and Mary (Lanza) Biscotto, and his son-in-law, Thomas Keepers,  he is survived by his children, Rose Lombardo and her husband, Santo, Vincent M. Biscotto and his long-time companion, Brenda Andrajco, Kate Keepers and Dina Kologe and her husband, John; his grandchildren, Andrew, Diane and husband Joe, Dawn and companion, Steve, Ray and companion, Christine, Amanda and companion, Matt, Samantha, Julia and husband, Alex, Jennifer and Ed; great-grandchildren, Tyler and companion, Molly, Nathan, Aiden, Roslyn, Grady and Logan, and; his great-great-grandson, Owen.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 8th, from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM, with a Blessing to be offered at 12:30 PM, at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood. Interment will follow after our service at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.
