Yolanda Plisiecki, 35, of Lawrence Township, formerly of Monroe Township, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023.
Born in Elizabeth, she lived there for several years before moving to Monroe Township in 1992. She graduated from Kean University with a BA in Criminal Justice. Yolanda was an HR Manager and had lived a vivacious life. She was bright, sensitive, intelligent, kind and incredibly charming. Even if you met Yolanda only once, you have a story about her, and you’ll find yourself with a smile on your face.
Yolanda is survived by her parents, Andrew and Krystyna Plisiecki; her siblings, Robert Plisiecki, Renee Regenye and her husband Eric, Monica Plisiecki; her nephews and nieces, Prince Andrew Plisiecki and Lola, Jake and Elle Regenye, and; her fur nephew Henry.
Funeral services will begin with a 10:00 AM of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 15th, from Holy Trinity Church, Helmetta, followed by interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Monroe Township. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, April 14th, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Spotswood Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Spotswood.
In honor of Yolanda’s bright personality, please do not feel obligated to wear traditional black clothing. Yolanda lived an independent colorful life, and would have wanted us to celebrate her in style.
